About the event
Circle with intention and open hearts, and go on an adventure with Abigail Bower. This New Moon gathering will begin with a guided story meditation, with the purposes of cleansing and intention-setting. This will be followed by an Awe-Opening and Gratitude partner exercise. Movement, stretching, and discussion will take place throughout. Please bring a yoga mat and/or blanket to lie on for some of the meditation time.
