Learning Dynamic Range in a Hip-Hop Class

This class is a full body exercise that involves rhythm building and dynamic stretching so that everyone may unlock the parts of their body they perhaps didn’t know before.

From the studio to the stage and from fine dining to winemaking, Ryan has had many different creative professions. Classically trained in ballet since the age of 6, he spent 6 years learning at Walnut Hill Academy and 2 years teaching hip hop choreography at Sereda Dance Works. Ryan loves to dance and believes it an integral part of human movement; if you can move, you can dance!

Wear comfortable shoes!

Classes will all be taught outside under a tent, with a backup plan in case of rain. The location at Foster Farm is rustic, and participants should be comfortable being outdoors for the full day. Please bring your own lunch and anything else you need to be comfortable. Seating will be provided and there is a composting outhouse.
