Gilded Fern Farm Cheese Tasting

We're happy to welcome Deb Kelloway and Gilded Fern Farm to the community of local food producers. With a deep interest in the local food economy, dairy production, cheese making, and animal welfare, Deb is excited to offer her first cow and sheep cheese products through Warner Public Market and Sweet Beet Market. Deb has been apprenticing with Benjamin Meier of Abbott Hill Creamery for nearly a year and is creating a line of cheeses not already being produced (consistently) by Benjamin. This would include Triple Creme, Camembert and hopefully a Junket Pudding made from Kefir. We're excited to try whatever Deb wants to send our way and we hope you'll come sample what she's been culturing up.
